Response to brief:
The even had to truly reflect the elegance of the Rolex Brand. To do this we included:
- Green branded light wash throughout the Abbey
- Gold elegance throughout – Charger plates, gold chairs, gold lamp centre pieces
- Staff were uniformed in clean black and white
- Canapes served on sleek on brand decking
- Branded Rolex blankets draped over every chair
The Dish team endeavoured to support Rolex in projecting their prestigious brand, presenting all dishes on stylish crockery and delicately presenting every course like a piece of fine art!
Results:
Rolex had a number of confirmed buyers and suppliers who made purchases on the evening of the collection. The new Rolex collection was extremely well received with clients and guests, and that Rolex received their best feedback on the event to date!
Dish introduced this event to Westminster Abbey, a UVL venue which Dish are not listed at but were delighted to work at… with amazing feedback on our performance.

Sophie, Bucherer
“ Firstly Francesca thank you for proposing the Abbey to your clients at Bucherer – Last night was a fabulous success!
I wish to say a sincere ‘Thank you’ for your truly impressive event management skills, you excelled under challenging conditions. I really appreciate how seriously you took every Conservation and Abbey specific requirements I stated – and implemented these effortlessly into your management.
Your logistical management of load in, set up, service and de-rig were exemplary! Clearly your team all wanted to do their best for you, and they did. Every time I approached you (interrupted you), you responded with a smile and a can do attitude.
I have worked with some of the best catering managers in London and you are up there with the best. (Note this is my first such gushing feedback to a catering manager, but it is truly deserved) “
