Eventist Group is delighted to be announcing the continuation of the Eventist 150 Club incentive programme.

Exclusively designed by the Eventist Group, the incentive programme is an exciting opportunity for event agents to work with the group to achieve targeted business goals, resulting in an all expenses paid, international networking trip.

The prestigious programme was first launched on 19th September at the Tower of London, where 56 agents joined representatives from across the Groups brands for an incredible evening of fine dining, networking and discussion.  The evening commenced with a private tour of the Jewel House, followed by an exquisite meal in the White Tower, created by Food by Dish, one of the Tower of London’s catering partners and part of the Eventist Group. An inspired “departure screen” style dessert station was designed by the innovative Zafferano team followed by cocktails.

The exclusive event offered key agent partners the chance to become an inaugural member of the Club, with the trip taking place exactly one year after the date of the launch, 19th September 2020.

The Eventist Group has enjoyed successful growth over the years, including the acquisition of Corporate Festival Company (Corporate Events International) and Zafferano in November 2018, as well as consistent growth of its heritage brands, Best Parties Ever, Tapenade, Tobacco Dock Food, ieLive and Food by Dish. The programme responds to the growing needs of clients who are looking for a trusted and high end brand to support both corporate and private events, through reward and recognition of agents and partners who utilise the Group’s expertise and experience.

Qualifying Criteria

To secure your place for the Eventist 150 Club trip, you will need to confirm a minimum spend with one of the Eventist Group brands.

MINIMUM OF £150,000 + VAT

You will receive one ticket for the maiden adventure and to secure your place at future trips, you simply need to increase your annual spend by 10% per year.

MINIMUM OF £200,000 + VAT

The extra spend entitles you and a colleague to join the inaugural adventure and to secure your place at future trips, you simply need to increase your annual spend by 10% per year.


Additional Information

  • The Eventist 150 Club incentive scheme is open to all agents working with our Eventist Group brands.
  • The initial qualifying period runs between 01 April 2022 and 01 April 2023. Only events that actually take place within this time period will be included.
  • Events which start on or after 1 April 2023 will not count towards the initial adventure but will qualify for the next big adventure in 2024.
  • Only revenue contracted within the Eventist Group will be included. Any event revenue contracted with a third party (e.g. venue hire) will not be included in the calculations.
  • The Eventist Club will take place in September 2023. Dates will be announced shortly.
